Ingredients

  • Angus Premium Beef Mince
  • Carrots
  • Courgette
  • Cabbage
  • Brown Onion
  • Garlic
  • Potato
  • Soy Sauce
  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Black Garlic Salt
  • Tomato Paste
  • Dried Thyme
  • Cooking Oil
  • Baking Dish
  • Optional: Piping Bag or Spoon
  • Optional Grated Cheese for the topping

Directions

  1. Prepare the Mash - Boil the potatoes until soft. Mash with butter and milk until smooth and fluffy. Season well. Let it cool slightly so it’s easier to spread and shape.
  2. Cook the filling - Sauté the diced onion and crushed garlic in a little oil.Add the beef mince and cook until browned. Stir in chopped carrots, chopped courgettes, and shredded cabbage.Add tomato paste, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock.Simmer for0-15 mins until thick and rich.
  3. Assemble the pie - Spread the beef filling into a baking dish.Top with mashed potatoAdd cheese if you want a golden crust!
  4. Bake- Bake at 190°C for 25 - 30 mins until bubbling and golden.
