Auckland local delivery

We offer next-weekday local delivery to eligible addresses between Pukekohe and Orewa for orders placed before 8:00pm. We do not deliver on weekends; orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are delivered on the next weekday. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. There is no minimum order. Auckland delivery costs $10 on orders under $70 and is free on orders of $70 or more.

Other mainland New Zealand courier delivery

For other eligible mainland New Zealand addresses, we use a tracked courier service. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days, depending on the courier and location. Any courier delivery charge is shown at checkout. We deliver to physical residential or commercial addresses on the mainland only, not PO Boxes or offshore islands.

Preparing and tracking your order

Please provide your full and correct shipping address. If you enter the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link.

Deliveries are sent without a signature unless you email admin@tum.co.nz to request one. There is no extra charge for a signature. Products are packed in robust boxes. Fresh goods are packed in an insulated bag with woollen insulation and ice packs to keep food chilled for up to five days.

Courier dispatch and weekends

For courier orders placed Monday to Thursday before 10am, we will do our best to pack and dispatch them that day. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed and depends on product availability and order volume. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched the following Monday. We do not offer weekend deliveries.
