How to Cook It on the BBQ
- Drumsticks first: lower, indirect heat for 30 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the juices run clear and the inside reaches 75°C.
- Sausages next: medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turning often.
- Lamb chops last: high heat for 3 to 4 minutes a side, then rest for a few minutes.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Cook the chicken and sausages within 1 to 2 days of delivery and the lamb within 3 days, or freeze straight away.
