How Auckland delivery works
- Shop online and enter your delivery address at checkout.
- Checkout will show whether local delivery is available for your address.
- Eligible Auckland local-delivery orders are delivered the next day on weekdays.
We do not offer weekend deliveries. Orders placed on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery to other parts of New Zealand
For other eligible mainland New Zealand addresses, we use a tracked courier service. Delivery typically takes 1–5 days from dispatch, depending on location and courier capacity. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or offshore islands.
Delivery cost
Auckland local delivery is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 incur a $10 delivery charge; there is no minimum order. For other eligible nationwide courier orders, any delivery charge is shown at checkout.
