How to cook Born & Bred Sirloin Steak

Take it out of the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking

Pat dry, oil the meat and season well with salt and pepper

Render the fat edge first by holding it against the hot pan for a minute

Sear 3–4 minutes each side for medium-rare, depending on thickness

Rest for 5 minutes before slicing

Storage

Keep refrigerated and use by the date on the pack. Can be frozen on the day of purchase.
